NYOS respects your privacy and the personal information you share with us.

Access to information and data about our client’s accounts is limited to NYOS staff.

Which personal information do we collect and how do we do that?

NYOS collects personal information in various ways: whenever you place an order, buy a gift card or register in a service available by NYOS. When you register, you are giving consent to the collection and storage of your personal data. You are also representing that you are at least the age of majority in your state, country or province of residence. Whenever you place an order, we have to store personal data, which may include name, e-mail address, telephone number, your house address, shipping address and billing address so we can process the shipping of your products.

Costumer credit card details are never shared with other identities and are just used to process your order through our payment partner system. Additionally, we can obtain information through authenticity validation or identity. In some cases, we may ask for your phone number to be given to our carrier. These details allow us to process your order and to follow its status.

How can we use that information?

NYOS can use your personal information to process orders, payments and to provide you with a more personalized shopping experience. We can also use your data to answer your requests and manage your account. The personal data you provide us can be shared with a fraud prevention agency which can keep a record of that information, or it can be disclosed to the authorities if required by law.

We can also use your information to send you marketing campaigns accordingly with your preferences. We will not provide your personal data to third marketing companies.

We collect information about site’s traffic, sales, wish lists, and other relevant commercial information which we can disclose to third parties, but that information does not include any data that could identify you personally.

Lastly, we can use your personal data for our demographic and marketing studies, along with non-personal data to monitor customer profiles in order to improve our service and comply with our customer needs.

From time to time, NYOS can hire external business partners to collect personal data on behalf of NYOS. In these cases, the partners involved are bound by confidentiality contracts and instructed by NYOS to fully comply with our privacy policy.

NYOS reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time so please review it frequently.

Opt-in and Opt-out Marketing Dispositions

When you register, you will have the option of opt-in in the subscription of our regular update service. This service will send you:

-Alert e-mails to new products, characteristics, improvements, special offers, upgrade opportunities, contests, events and exclusive marketing promotions.

We do not sell or transmit your personal data to third companies with the objective of marketing actions.

The marketing communications subscribed by you will be only sent by NYOS. In all of them, we make available a possibility of cancelling your subscription. All e-mails we send have a link to easily cancel the subscription (opt-out).To complete cancellation you just have to follow the instructions on the e-mail.
