Shipping & Taxes
Dear customer once you have chosen your NYOS goods your order has been placed, we would like to inform you that an email will shortly arrive in your mailbox, therefore, acknowledging the details of your request. That does not confirm that we have accepted your order, it confirms we have received your request and (NOT) accepted yet. Unless you decide to cancel your order, the next steps will be followed up by the procedure of going ahead on accepting and completing your order, by emailing you a confirmation that your purchase has been completed and therefore your goods are being dispatched.
Eligibility to purchase:
We may refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason, or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the website at any time, whether or not that particular product has been sold out.
To avoid any disappointment in order to make purchases through the website, you are requested to provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide your payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct. Our site is only available for use to individuals who meet our terms of eligibility and who have been issued with a valid debit/credit card by a bank acceptable to NYOS, we reserve the right to refuse to ship multiple items to any one customer or postal address.
All orders are expedited within 1-2 working days through our national Portuguese post service, Correios de Portugal (CTT) by registered mail. You can freely use the CTT site in order to check your shipping estimate.
Please do bear in mind that we reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we do not obtain any authorisation for payment; that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; or that the item ordered is out of stock.
Our packages are always sent by registered mail which requires your signature when you receive the package, so we advise you to send the correct address which you wish to receive your package.
If the package is returned to us because you didn’t retrieve it on time from your postal services, the costs of resending it will be chargeable to you. Although we use all available means to ensure your package is delivered on time, bear in mind that we cannot take responsibility for any delays caused by external factors, which we do not have any control of.
Please note that the shipping to international destinations can be subjected to tariffs or import duties that differ from country to country and whose value we cannot predict. For more information about this subject you should contact your local authorities.
